NOMEX Covered Rectangular/Flat Aluminum Wire：
NOMEX coated Aluminum wire produced by the flat and round, as aluminum are dissolved can be produced.
NOMEX covering corresponds to class H insulation is mainly used in the construction of condensers and capacitors. Main application of it is in shielding of cables in high temp. environment (200°C) such as dry type transformers, military and aerospace cables. NOMEX covered conductors are more effective in condition where temperature resistance and dielectric strength requirements are high.
By extrusion of bare aluminum wire wrapped and NOMEX Paper covered wire, the mechanical performance and electrical performance better, instead of making difficult composite enameled flat wire, suitable for transformer, winding of lifting electromagnet, electric welding machine and other products.

Conductor material is used according to GB/T5584 or DIN EN 13601. Cu-ETP or Cu-OF are used predominantly and if requested, can be delivered with increase strength.

Wrapping method：
At present, there are mainly four wrapping methods adopted by users:
- all gaps of the inner layer are wrapped, and the outer layer is overlapped
- inner and outer two-layer stack package, intermediate gap package
- all overlapping wrapping
- outer two-layer inlay package and other gap packages

One Paper applied with 64-66% overlap-equivalent to 3 Papers.
Two Telephone Cable Papers each applied in one of the above manners.
Note: If the maximum dimensions do not exceed the maximum size conductor with the specified maximum insulation thickness, insulation thickness allowed to exceed the specified value.
