Test Lab
We use the most stringent testing methods, which go far beyond IEC standards, and we have great confidence in our products.
These methods include “1D” winding without cracking the film.
Round enameled wire is flattened by 50% and then bent horizontally and longitudinally over 90 degrees without cracking the film.
Hot punching For 200 grade products, our hot punching temperature is set at 240 degrees and the time is one hour. We believe that our testing standards can make experts convinced.

Inner packing: Plastic Spool: PT-25, PT30, PT60, PT-90,PT-200,,PT-250,PT-270 or ply-wood spool Export standard carton according to your wire diameters. One 20 feet container can contain about 15-18.5 tons EAL, One 40 feet container can contain about 26.5 tons.
Outer packing : wooden case or wooden pallet and stretch film or according customers’ special requirement
